Negative: Versteckte Kosten für Reinigung und Service verdoppeln den Zimmerpreis

The condo is very nice with great amenities, with the possible exception of the view. Our complaint is that our “hosts” caused us to be locked out twice during our two-week stay. Totally unacceptable!The first lockout occurred when we arrived exhausted after traveling two days to get there.The condo host failed to send us the right code to enter the apartment, despite the fact we paid an 500 advance deposit in addition to rent. Luckily, the front desk ladies were very conscientious and pestered the host until we obtained the code about an hour later. Roughly one week after that, we were inexplicably locked out again! Our code didn’t work and it took two hours of attempts by ourselves and the front desk before someone appeared on site and programmed our door with a new code.

Wonderful stay! Will be back and stay here again! Positive: The condo building was wonderful, there were 2 pools a decent size gym and front desk staff throughout the stay that helped me out a ton! The condo itself was quite large and had everything you could need in it from kitchen stuff to storage for your clothes. There was also a wonderful balcony and excellent wifi. The bed itself although firm was incredibly comfy! Negative: My only complaint was that I needed 2 codes when I got to the building. A building entrance code and the condo code. Took a little bit to get the building one.

Close to downtown Positive: Very clean and good amenities , very nice rooftop pool!

Positive: Preis war okay. Negative: Das Apartment selbst war in Ordnung, aber nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern. Insgesamt schon viel abgewohnter. Auch der Umgang mit der Kaution ist absolut enttäuschend. Es werden 500 € Deposit verlangt – und ich kann jedem nur raten, wirklich von allem Fotos zu machen, was nicht zu 100 % einwandfrei ist. Uns wurden nach dem Aufenthalt 20 € für angeblich dreckigen Badteppich abgezogen, der bei Ankunft bereits Käfer enthalten hat. Wir hatten Fotos, aber wir hätten sie direkt bei Bezug schicken müssen. Das war völlig unverhältnismäßig und nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns ein absolutes No-Go. Ich würde diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.
