Amazing stay. Would stay here again! Positive: Everything was great, the host was responsive, the apartment was very clean and equipped. The facilities were great and well kept and location wise it doesn’t get better than this at Aldea Zama. Would definitely stay here again. Negative: The only issue I had was collecting the keys which was a little confusing and my internet wasn’t working very well when I arrived so it was a little annoying but that’s it.

If security for your belongings is a priority, don't stay here. Positive: Nice unit with well equipped facilities but all that is overshadowed by the fact that one will not receive assistance with an issue by someone onsite. My confirmation email said private pool but I did not have that in my apartment. Negative: When I had a concern and reached out to Joel, the manager of the condominium for assistance, he was not willing to assist me. Received different information from different people regarding security cameras operating in the pool area after losing my Bose earbuds in the dark. Joel's response and unwillingness to check the cameras makes me question the security of staying at this condominium.
