Luxury 2BR Penthouse w Private Jacuzzi |Cenote|Gym

Exceptional home from home and loved the location. Positive: The property was exceptional. The glass doors that covered the outside wall of the whole apartment were the best i have ever used. You could have the doors open with mosquito screens plus role down shades or full privacy black outs. So no need to run the aircon. Having 2 sets off towels for both room and beach was a very welcome touch. The underground car park that can be accessed directly to your own elevator was also brilliant. The kitchen also had basics like oil, salt/pepper washing up liquid etc. The pictures do not do the place justice to be honest. Kids loved the hammocks. Negative: Communication with host could have been more streamlined. 4 weeks to get a security deposit returned is not really good enough. After arranging late check out the cleaner didn’t get told so just let themselves in but were very friendly and apologetic. Plus key code didn’t work after normal check out time. Theas are just small things. Recommend 100% still.

Positive: What a nice establishment! My congratulations to Vacation in Tulum who took care of us like no one else. The condominium is brand-new, quite safe and tranquil at night.
