Incredible Property

The property is beautiful! Location is great- walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The unit we stayed in is in pristine condition. We have our own jacuzzi in our building. Highly recommend!

Be aware of the security deposit scam. Positive: Nice layout with in-suite bathrooms. A/C works well. Negative: The elevator is not working The bed sheets were dirty The left blind in the living room was broken when we arrived. I notified the host but they ended up blaming me for it and withholding my security deposit.

Top top top Positive: Xalet is a fantastic location! Very central and still super quiet, something we were afraid of! Also, do not rent taxi here, they charge a lot of money while if you reserve in advance, they can provide you a scooter.

To be renewed! Positive: Xalet is a beautiful condo in the middle of the jungle. Vacation in Tulum was available throughout our stay, they even rented us scooters for a decent price! We'd love to stay longer in Tulum next time.
