Breathtaking 2BR with Cenote | Gym | Beach Club Access

We really enjoyed our stay in Tulum. The condo and the overall property were modern and beautiful. The condo is about a mile from the Ocean with jungle on one side and the city on the other. The pools and amenities were very nice and easy to access. We swam in the cenote a little bit, but the fact that it was there was really cool and a unique feature. We had a car, which is very necessary in Tulum, and it was really nice to have underground parking. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance, and the Selecto grocery store is also very close. The property management was very responsive and was able to get us access to beach clubs and answer questions very quickly. If you are looking for an ocean-front stay, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a really high-quality stay with easy access to the center of Tulum, this place is perfect. Highly recommended.

The property is beautiful! Location is great- walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The unit we stayed in is in pristine condition. We have our own jacuzzi in our building. Highly recommend!

Be aware of the security deposit scam. Positive: Nice layout with in-suite bathrooms. A/C works well. Negative: The elevator is not working The bed sheets were dirty The left blind in the living room was broken when we arrived. I notified the host but they ended up blaming me for it and withholding my security deposit.

Top top top Positive: Xalet is a fantastic location! Very central and still super quiet, something we were afraid of! Also, do not rent taxi here, they charge a lot of money while if you reserve in advance, they can provide you a scooter.
