I wouldn’t book this again. Positive: The property is clean, thats all. Negative: The communication is horrible. They don’t send you the details of the location until you contacted them. The condo is not easy to find. A deposit of $300 is needed from the management team. The problem is they let us know once we got there. Both our American Express and Mastercard didn’t work in their system. Luckily we also had a visa card, otherwise we would be sleeping in the street that night. They change the door and wifi password without updating the information they send to the guests. The property management said we didnt have parking inside, then the manager said we do. A LOT miss of communication during our stay. We check-ou Monday morning, and we haven’t received our deposit back (Friday). When I contacted them, they said they need the confirmation that there wasn’t any damage to the property (I guess 4 days later and nobody checked yet). This is not worth it. SO MUCH headache and communication issues with the property management team.
